Today I stress
Today I worry
Today there’s an animal inside of me
Terrorizing my stomach
Climbing up to my chest
Pounding and pounding away
Today I will pray
I will pray and be okay
I will stay strong, today
Today I will remember
All the good I have to see
Today I might stress and worry
But remember, He’ll take care of me
